    aka officiator or celebrant.  Lesser known as the solemniser,  this is the person that makes it official. She or he presides over the wedding ceremony. Often a Priest, Rabbi or Pastor, the officiator can also be a justice of the peace, an ordained minister, or other person approved to preside over your wedding ceremony and make it official in your county and state.
