Wedding Consultants typically meet with the couple before the planning begins to determine the couple's desires and help them in setting a theme, budget, and formality to achieve those goals. Sometimes a couple will meet with a Consultant to get them back on track or clarify direction. A Consultant does not participate in actual planning of the wedding, contracting with vendors, or coordinating activities.
