Catering, On Site – This is a caterer who is employed by, and part of, a reception facility. The on-site caterer is often the only caterer permitted to prepare and serve meals at the facility. The charge may be separate, based on the meal type and quantity of guests, or may be part of an all-inclusive facility fee.
