Catering, All Inclusive

This is a situation where the charge for the meal (either buffet or table service) is included in the facility fee. In some cases, a venue charges by the number of guests expected to attend and the facility fee is included in that price. Many inclusive caterers offer their services but do not have their own facilities. They are considered inclusive, because they provide chairs tables, dishes, table coverings, set up and clean-up or some variety of those.
